5 Days riding trip in Ouarzazate

5-days horse riding trip on pretty Berber Arabian horses in the region of Ouarzazate in between beautiful mountains, desert, valleys, small villages, historical places, oasis of palm trees, a lake – this will be the best experience for a holiday in the nature of Morocco.

Day-1: We will meet at 9:00 at the stable and have the first contact with the team and the horses. Afterwards we go on the horses and start our first journey, going down to cross the river, having an amazing view of the ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, which is a famous place for shooting movies (like Gladiator, Game of Thrones, Laurence of Arabia), continuing our way to cross the desert to the lunch place. Next, we will take a rest before we go on the horses and take our way, passing the desert and mountains to a small village called Agarzaka, where we stay for the first nights at a house of habitants with their big smile and having a Moroccan tea and dinner. After that we get some rest for the next day.

Day-2: After the quiet night we take the breakfast and make the horses ready to continue our way, going up a mountain, a river,a small village to the place where we get our lunch and have a little rest.Afterwards we go on the horses and continue a long river, meeting Berber-locals with their animals, passing a long desert tojoin the small village calledTigmiNigran, where we stay for the night in house of a nice Berber-family, having contact with them.

Day-3: This day will be the longest day in the trip, so the breakfast will be earlier. We then get ready to go on the horses, passing a river, desert, mountain. After that we get a lunch break and have some rest. We will ride on the horses through a long desert, passing the biggest project of photovoltaic in Africa, to reach the place where we stay for the night. This time will be in the tent in a bivouac, having a Moroccan tea and dinner. Then we have some Berber musicians, before having a rest for the next day.

Day-4: We will have our breakfast in the silence of nature and then get ready for our day,riding on the horses, taking our way crossing the river, a small village, mountains, the big desert and we will arrive at the place where we get lunch and a little break. Next, we go on the horses and continue our way passing the desert, a mountain, a small village and an oasis of palm trees to the bivouac place, having a Moroccan tea and after dinner we get some rest.

Day-5: This will be a long day so we take our breakfast a bit earlier and be ready to go on the horses to continue our trip to pass mountains, rivers and the desert to reach the lunch break place. After our lunch we have a rest and then we go on the horses again, taking our way to cross mountains, small villages, meet locals and see how people are living on the mountains, passing a river and the desert to arrive back at the stable.
